After the successful launch of Exclusive to Agent listings on houza, we’re now launching Deals.

You can now add a Deal to your listing on houza to rank higher and secure a houza homepage takeover.

• You only need to “pay out” the deal if the user transacted via houza

Requirements

• The deal must be exclusively available on houza
• Valid on a residential property for sale or rent 
• Secondary properties must be verified via the houza hub
• Commitment. If the transaction is secured through houza, this deal must be honored. Anyone found to be violating, will be penalized on their future listings

• Free maintenance contracts (AED 1,500 - 5,000)
• Free painting (Up to AED 3,000)
• Free water tank clean and maintenance check (Up to AED1,500)
