houza.com has partnered with Dubai Land Department’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency to eradicate all fake listings online for property seekers.
What is a fake listing?
Ever phoned to make a property inquiry and been greeted with ‘sorry this property is no longer available’? Or worse, ‘I don’t have that property but would you be interested in one that’s similar’? This is a fake listing, designed to capture property seekers details at the expense of their customer experience.

This can be in the form of incorrect pricing, false pictures or an entirely fake property advertised. This leaves property seekers like yourself feeling lost and confused regarding what inventory is available and what you can get for your money.

Houza has partnered with DLD’s RERA to eradicate the problem, once and for all.
How does this help property seekers like me?
  • houza now verifies properties ready for sale to ensure that the listing is genuine and represented by the agent
  • Seekers like you can spend less time inquiring about properties that don’t exist
  • Your details are shared with only legitimate registered agents (no scams!)
  • You can get an accurate view of the market - what you see is what you get
  • We’re working closely with the DLD to bring this process to rental listings as well as off-plan units. Coming your way soon!
Can I help?
  • So far, we have the vast majority of properties for sale. It’s work in progress, but it’s work we’re committed to.
  • We have introduced a ‘report an ad’ feature on houza, where a small flag appears on a listing. If you have a hunch that a listing may be a fake or duplicated listing, then please tap on this flag to report it and our team will investigate the authenticity of the listing.
